中國在1996年發射飛彈威脅台灣，造成台海危機。目前正在舉行的中國人大要通過「反分裂國家法」，比1996年的飛彈危機更加嚴重，是台灣自從第二次世界大戰以來所面對的最大威脅。
中國的「反分裂國家法」，是一項非常精密的陰謀，這個陰謀一旦成功，不但會嚴重限制台灣的戰略行動空間，打擊台灣社會拒絕中國共產黨專制統治的民心士氣，而且在國際社會上充分孤立台灣。
根據這個法，中國會按照他內部的政治需要，隨時提高台灣海峽的緊張情勢，甚至以軍事衝突實際攻擊台灣，使台灣永遠無法度安定。
最使咱擔心的是：1996年的時候，台灣全國一致反對中國軍事霸權，當時在野的民進黨嘛是跟政府站在一起，但是這一次，咱看到的是親中兩黨竟然站在中國那邊，跟中國逗陣來威脅台灣人民，實在讓咱非常痛心。
咱的阿扁政府在美國的強大壓力之下，一方面進行扁宋會，一方面公開宣稱他不會進行制憲正名，非常委屈求全的向中國表示最大善意，可是，在野黨並沒有和解的意思，中國更沒有停止制定「反分裂國家法」的行動。
因此，如何面對這次的重大危機，不但在考驗阿扁政府的危機處理能力，而且嘛是在考驗全體台灣人民維護台灣主權、保護台灣國土的決心。
我要建議阿扁政府，在目前已經釋放所有的善意都無效的情況之下，是不是應該拿出比較卡強硬的態度，向中國展示台灣堅實的決心，向台灣人民及國際展現阿扁政府是一個負責的、有作為的政府。
1978年的台美斷交對於台灣造成的衝擊很大，當時的蔣經國停止了立委選舉，管制外匯，很快的穩定人心。阿扁政府此時也必須採取非常措施，比如宣布管制高科技產業去中國投資，暫時停止跟中國的所有教育文化交流，甚至宣佈與中國進入非常的、緊張的狀態等等。
台灣人民作為政府的後盾，更加需要勇敢站出來表示態度，明天分別在台北、高雄舉行的抗議中國「反分裂國家法」的遊行，是要反中國軍事霸權，是要拒絕中國的併吞，各位勇敢的台灣人民一定要站出來參加！

In 1996 China launched missiles, threatened Taiwan and stirred up
crisis across the Taiwan Strait.
Now, the National People's Congress of China is considering passing an
"Anti-Secession Law,"
which is an even more serious event than the 1996 Missile Crisis. It is
the most serious threat that Taiwan has faced since WWII.
China's "Anti-Secession Law" is a sophisticated conspiracy.
If this conspiracy becomes successful, not only will it seriously limit
Taiwan's strategic position and depress the Taiwanese opposition
of Chinese Communist autarchy, but will also fully isolate Taiwan
in the world.
According to this law, China will, according to its interior
political needs, at anytime raise the tension across the Taiwan
Strait and attack and invade Taiwan with military force so that
Taiwan
will never feel safe and stabilized.
What we worry the most is that, in 1996, the whole Taiwanese nation
was against China military sovereignty. Back then, the opposition party,
DPP, was on the same side as the *Taiwanese government. (* KMT) However,
this time, the *two Pan Blue opposition parties are standing at China's
side. (* KMT, PFP) Together with China they are threatening us
Taiwanese. Which really puts us in a bad situation.
Our President A Bian, under the pressure of the USA, met with Mr.
Song from the opposition party, and declared he would not create a new
constitution nor change the country's name. Unfortunately, the
opposition parties in Taiwan do not mean to be accommodating. China did
not stop the creation of the "Anti-Secession Law."
Therefore, how do we face this serious crisis? It not only puts a
test on the Taiwanese Government's ability to handle crisis, it also
challenges the determination of all Taiwanese for
defending Taiwan's democracy, and protecting Taiwan's soil.
I would like to suggest to Taiwan's A Bian government. Perhaps we
need to be more hard core, to show China Taiwan's firm determination and
to show Taiwanese and the world that A Bian's government is a
responsible and capable government.
When
Taiwan and the US broke off their relationship in 1978, it had a big
impact on Taiwan. At that time, Taiwan president Chiang Ching Ko stopped
the election of Legislative members, and intervened in foreign exchange.
A Bian government now should also follow up with civil defense actions.
For example, declaring the control of high tech industry's investments
in China, temporarily stopping all the education/culture commerce with
China, or even declaring a special and intense state with China.
People in Taiwan need to support our government, need to bravely
stand up and show what we believe. Tomorrow (3/6) there are protests
against China's Anti-Secession Law in Taipei and Kaohsiung to protest
against China's military sovereignty and to refuse China's taking over
Taiwan. All the brave Taiwanese need to participate.

制憲と正名をしないと公開宣告した
しかし、それでも野党は和解の意志はなく
中国も「反分裂国家法」を停止制定の行動がなかった
従って今回の重大危機にどう向かうか
阿扁政府の危機処理能力が試されているだけではなく
全体台湾人民の主権維持と国土防衛の決心も試されている
私は阿扁政府に建議する
より強い態度を持ち出し方が良いのではないか
中国に向かって台湾の堅い決心を示し
台湾人民及び国際社会に阿扁政府が
責任のある有能な政府であるとアピールしなければならない
